3. Service Agreements and Estimates

Estimates and Quotes

  • All estimates and quotes are provided free of charge
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Final pricing may vary based on actual project requirements and conditions
  • Additional work beyond the original scope requires separate approval and pricing

Service Scheduling

  • Service appointments are scheduled based on availability
  • Emergency services may be available for urgent repairs
  • Customers will be notified of any scheduling changes in advance
  • Access to the property and workspace must be provided as agreed

4. Payment Terms
